There is no charge to register as a Sorcity Member.  I agree:

1. To read, in full, agree to, and abide by, the Sorcity Member Agreement
2. I represent a valid organization and will not enter any false or misleading information
3. Not to begin posting a purchase without first contacting Sorcity
4. To post only valid purchases and award to a Sorcity bidder that is qualified and meets my price
5. To bid according to ALL the Buyer's terms, honor my bids placed, and pay the Sorcity fee presented at the time of bid, if awarded the business, unless the Buyer has elected to cover this.

To Register Follow These 4-Steps:

A. Print the Sorcity Member Agreement and have someone with contract-signing authority sign the form.
B. Fax the signed copy (ALL PAGES) to Sorcity at 972-767-0675.
C. Press the appropriate button below to register as a Buyer (to post solicitations) or Supplier (to bid).
D. Fill out the registration form presented so you have access.

You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the button labeled "Buyer" or "Supplier", you accept the terms and conditions of the Sorcity Member Agreement (or have received an exception in writing), you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract on behalf of your company. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by this Agreement. Pursuant to any applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws, including without limitation the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, P.L. 106-229 (the "E-Sign Act") or other similar statutes, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THIS SERVICE OFFERED BY Sorcity.com Inc. (Sorcity). Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
